Remote sales have become easier and even more manageable! Plan your calls in Zoom and invite customers directly from Bitrix24:

  • Schedule a conference directly from a client card in CRM;

  • Send an invitation to the client in automated mode by moving the deal through the funnel.

How to schedule a meeting with a client

  • Open a client card in CRM. Click on the dropdown menu in the Actions block and select "Zoom conference";

  • In the opened window, set the time for when you want to start and end the conference;

  • A link to the scheduled conference will be saved in the description box of the created meeting that will appear in the timeline of the client card, as well as in a special Zoom field, which allows the user to add it to the email or SMS template to communicate to the client.

The application works in all CRM cards (Lead, Deal, Contact, and Company).

How to send an invitation to a client

  • Create a new stage in the funnel, for instance, Meeting in Zoom (you can use any stage created earlier);

  • Create an automated rule to communicate with the client at this stage (email or SMS send out);

  • Edit the email or SMS template: add the Zoom field value to the text;

  • To exclude false positives, in the settings of the Zoom field, specify that it is mandatory for a certain stage: one cannot transfer the deal to the Meeting in Zoom stage if there is no conference planned.

The Zoom field in the lead and deal is created automatically when the app is installed.

Integration works with all Zoom plans, including the free one.

App for creating Zoom conferences directly from Bitrix24

We perform our app support in the Open lines chat. You can reach us via:

  1. The chat right in your Bitrix24 (the link opens a chatbox in your Bitrix24).

  2. The chat at our site informunity.us (the icon in the right bottom corner opens a chatbox). After the start of the dialog enter your email so that you could receive a notification about our reply and the communication history even after you close tab with the chat in your browser.

The first way is the most convenient one: you will always find our reply and the communication history in your Bitrix24 messenger. But for the link to work in Bitrix24 Self-hosted, you must have all necessary modules installed and the portal must have access to the outer world. If the first option does not work for one reason or another, please proceed with the second one.

To use the app, you need to have an active Zoom account.

  1. Install the Integration with Zoom app in Bitrix24.

  2. Upon the first launch, the app offers each user to connect their profile in Bitrix24 with their account in Zoom. To do this, one needs to log in to Zoom and allow the app to access their account.

If you install the Zoom Integration app on Bitrix24 Self-hosted, make sure that your server has network connection.
