  • Now you can synchronize your data between QuickBooks Desktop and Bitrix24.

    If company and contact details or invoices are modified in QuickBooks Desktop, the app will automatically (or via manual action) implement changes in Bitrix24. Changes in Bitrix24 company and contact details will be automatically synchronized with QuickBooks Desktop.

    How it works

    After a Customer is created in QuickBooks Desktop, the integration app event is triggered to send over this data to Bitrix24. Depending on the Customer fields with data, the integration app creates a company and a contact in Bitrix24.  

    The event is triggered for each action, performed for a company, contact and an invoice, when:

    1. Standard fields are modified for a QuickBooks Desktop’s company, contact or an invoice – the data is synchronized and transferred to Bitrix24.  

    2. Standard fields are modified for a company or a contact in Bitrix24 - the data is synchronized and transferred to QuickBooks Desktop.  

    3. Company, contact or an invoice are deleted in QuickBooks Desktop - the data is synchronized and deleted in Bitrix24.

    4. Company, contact or an invoice are deleted in Bitrix24 – the data is not synchronized and is not deleted in QuickBooks Desktop.

  • Complete standard installation from Bitrix24 Marketplace and proceed with the following steps:
    1. Install the QuickBooks Desktop Integration app.  

    2. Install the WebConnector. (https://developer.intuit.com/docs/0200_quickbooks_desktop/0100_essentials/quickbooks_web_connector).

    3. Enter the password that will be used for synchronization and configure initial settings for synchronization (types and templates for addresses, selection of payment systems, selection of your company in Bitrix24*).

    4. Download the bitrix24.qwc file from the integration app. The link will be available in the QuickBooks Desktop Integration app.

    5. Upload the downloaded file to the WebConnector (File > Update Web Services > the “Add an application” button in the opened window).

    6. Save the settings in QuickBooks Desktop Integration.
