  • The CRM Reports app allows you to analyze the effectiveness of your employees phone calls.

    The app contains a set of reports that allow you to analyze the duration of calls, the quantity of total employee calls or calls of a given duration, the quantity of missed calls, calls for deals, and calls to new customers.

    When creating reports, you can independently configure the level of detail and grouping of data in call reports:

    • Sel ect calls for a specific time period
    • Sel ect calls depending on the direction (inbound and / or outbound)
    • Sel ect calls from specific divisions of the company
    • Specify a specific phone line for your CRM system
    • Select calls made on a specific phone line of your company
    • Select calls by deals, deals directions, and deals statuses
    • Group data by week, month, and quarter

    The Report "Duration" is intended for analyzing the duration of employees calls.
    You can specify the period for which you want to perform the analysis.
    If necessary, you can analyze inbound or outbound calls separately, as well as select calls by division of the company.
    Data can be grouped by different periods (day, week, month, or quarter).
    Data is output in multiple tables in order to fit it on the screen. At the bottom, a summary table is displayed for the entire selected period.
    You can download the report Results in Excel for further use.

    Report "Successful" is intended for analyzing the number of successful calls of employees. It allow to analyze the number of calls, not their duration.
    The call success Criterion is the duration. Set it in the settings!
    You can specify the period for which you want to perform the analysis.
    If necessary, you can analyze inbound or outbound calls separately, as well as select calls by division of the company.
    Data can be grouped by different periods (day, week, month, or quarter).
    Data is output in multiple tables in order to fit it on the screen. A summary table for the entire selected period is displayed at the bottom.
    You can download the report Results in Excel for further use.

    The Report "Efficient" is designed to analyze the number of productive calls made by employees. It is similar to the "Successful" report and differs only in the duration of calls that are included in the report.
    The call success Criterion is the duration. Set it in the settings!

    Report "Missed" allows you to analyze how often and in what quantity your employees miss calls coming to the company."

    The Report "Unsuccessful" is a table containing the number of failed calls. These calls include all calls other than those that were successful (with the status 200).
    If the employee didn't get through, or it was busy, or there were problems with telephony? – all these calls will be included in this report.

    Report "Unique" allows you to analyze the number of calls made by managers for the first time over a long period specified in the settings.
    Specify the required period in the settings!
    This report allows you to exclude calls made to regular customers.

    Report "Quantity" is used for analyzing the number of employee calls.
    You can specify the period for which you want to perform the analysis.
    If necessary, you can analyze inbound or outbound calls separately, as well as select calls by division of the company.
    Data can be grouped by different periods (day, week, month, or quarter).
    Data is output in multiple tables in order to fit it on the screen. A summary table for the entire selected period is displayed at the bottom.
    You can download the report Results in Excel for further use.

    If necessary, you can exclude internal company calls fr om generated reports.

    Access rights to calls in the app work in accordance with the access rights in Bitrix24.

    In order to grant rights to an employee to view reports on calls fr om other employees, you must:
    1. Go to "Telephony" > " access Rights"
    2. Configure or create a new role with the necessary access rights to phone calls. In order for the phone line filter to work in the application, you must specify "manage numbers" in the access rights for the role-Changes = "Any"
    3. Assign this role to an employee who needs to be granted access to the report on calls fr om other employees.
