  • The application allows you to get statistics on each employee or the entire department. The statistics report includes the number of tasks, leads and deals in the work, as well as how many were processed in total! The following data is available for each employee:

    Tasks:

    1. The number of tasks in progress for the specified period

    2. The number of tasks closed for the specified period

    3. The number of successfully closed tasks (not overdue) for the specified period

    4. The number of tasks overdue for the specified period

    Leads:

    1. The number of leads in progress for the specified period

    2. The number of leads closed for a specified period

    3. The number of leads won for the specified period

    4. The number of leads lost for a specified period

    Deals:

    1. The number of deals in progress for the specified period

    2. Number of deals closed for the specified period

    3. Number of deals won for the specified period

    4. The number of deals lost for the specified period

    Leads / deals / tasks are searched by the following principle:

    1. Were created, modified or closed during the specified period.

    2. If were created before the period and not yet closed

    3. Opened before the period and closed after the period

    If a lead / deal / task falls under at least one condition, it will appear in the report.
