The essential condition for enabling Ringostat and Bitrix24.CRM  integration is the availability of active accounts in both systems.

To enable the integration:

  1. Open the “Integration” section in the left side menu of Ringostat account;
  2. Find Bitrix24.CRM in the list and go to inclusion;
  3. Fill in all required fields and activate the integration.

Bitrix24.CRM  and Ringostat Smart Phone integration is connected automatically. All  you need is to set up the extension for Google Chrome and login into it  as Ringostat user.
