The "HR data / holidays / day offs" application was created specifically to simplify, manage and automate the work of HR specialists. With it, you can collect all important personal data about an employee in one place, get information about vacations and absences. Employees can arrange vacations right from the app.

Application functionality:

  • Personal data storage (standard Bitrix24 fields are filled automatically + you can fill in non-standard fields):

        - System data - general information about the employee, contacts, personal data.

- Private data - internal information related to the work. This is wh ere data on the employment and evolution of an employee in the company is stored. This information can be saved to a previously created company disk and by specifying this disk in the "Settings"

  • Vacation and absence registration. See the full vacation picture both for one employee and for the whole company. In the calendar in the context of month, week or day, you can send requests for vacations, mark vacations or absence from work, indicating the reason. The diagram visually displays the total number of vacation days, the number of used and absence days.

  • Recording the personal data changes history. In the application, you can track who, when and how changed the data. In addition, you can also archive data at a certain stage (for example, save the current information before adding changes). Only employees with HR and CEO rights have access to this tab.
  • Reports. In the application, you can create reports on employees statuses, as well as reports on the terms of agreements / contracts. All data is sorted and displayed using a filter. The reports can be downloaded in Excel. Only employees with HR and CEO rights have access to this tab.

Only the portal administrator has access to the settings.

In the “Settings” tab in the Access Matrix, it is necessary to designate employees in accordance with their role.

By default, three types of rights can be assigned in the application: HR, Office and CEO.

The access level of each is shown here:

An employee can only view data about himself and his colleagues (on the “system” and “private” tabs), as well as view and request a vacation in the “Vacation” tab. HR and CEO have access to the “History” and “Reports” tabs. Only the Portal Administrator can appoint HR, Office and CEO in the “Settings” tab.

Also in the "Setting up fields" tab, you can specify

  • the type of company that is connected to your company. It will be automatically displayed in tab "Private data" in "Company name" field.
  • the Vacation type, which will be displayed in the slider when the employee requests / assigns a vacation.
  • the drive on the Bitrix24 portal where the files from the 'ATTACHEMENTS' field will be saved.
