Open Line translator

Translator bot for Bitrix24 Open Lines. It breaks down the language barrier between the operator and the client: it translates incoming messages into the manager's language and outgoing messages into the client's language in real time via the Google Translate API.

After activation, the manager invites the "Manager-Translator" into the dialog. From that moment on:

• incoming client messages are automatically translated into the manager's language;

• the manager writes outgoing messages in hidden chat mode — the bot translates them and sends them to the client;

• turning translation on/off and adjusting the language settings are done right from the chat, without navigating to the settings.

How it works
The client writes in any language — the operator reads it in their own language. The operator writes a reply — the client receives the message already translated. No manual copying into a translator.
