WhatsApp ChatPilot connects your WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business numbers to Bitrix24 Open Channels. Scan a QR code once, and every WhatsApp conversation lands in Bitrix24 chat where your team answers from one place, with CRM and statistics.

How it works
Install the app, click "Add new connection", choose or create an Open Channel and scan the QR code with WhatsApp (Settings → Linked devices). That's it — no Meta approval or business verification required.

How it works
- Each WhatsApp number is connected to its own Open Channel (1 number = 1 Open Channel). Add as many numbers as you need.
- Incoming messages, photos, videos, voice notes, documents and locations appear in the Open Channel chat; operator replies go back to WhatsApp.
- Customers are matched with existing CRM contacts and leads by phone number; new customers become leads automatically according to your Open Channel rules.
- Delivery and read statuses, edited and deleted messages are synced.
- Optional: WhatsApp groups as chats, incoming call notifications, sending CRM "SMS" via WhatsApp.
- If a number disconnects, administrators get a notification and an urgent task so no conversation is lost.
- Built-in report: message volume, first-response time, new contacts and unanswered chats per number.

The connection uses the WhatsApp linked-devices (QR) mechanism; the phone with WhatsApp must stay registered. WhatsApp may restrict numbers used for spam or bulk messaging, use responsibly. Media files are stored for 30 days.
