• Google Ads Requirements: Requires an active Google Ads account with permissions to create lead form extensions or link offline conversions.
• Google Media Costs: The application does not resell media or manage ad billing. All campaign budgets and click/impression costs continue to be billed directly to the advertiser by Google LLC.
• API Limits and Throughput: Webhook processing and data synchronization operate with sub-300ms response times within a high-availability architecture, strictly adhering to official Google Ads API quotas and Bitrix24 REST API rate-limiting policies.
Privacy and Data Protection:
• Fully compliant with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law – Brazil) and the Google API Services User Data Policy. • Secure Lead Handling: All data received via webhook is transmitted using end-to-end TLS/HTTPS encryption directly to the client's CRM.
• Storage and Deletion: Session credentials and mappings reside within the client's own Bitrix24 account (Bitrix24 Entity Storage) and in a secure repository with tenant isolation. Upon uninstalling the application, all access tokens are automatically revoked and unlinked.
