How it works

Changes to company, contact, and invoice details are synchronized between FreshBooks and Bitrix24. To create an invoice, open a company, contact, or deal in Bitrix24 and use the “Create invoice in FreshBook  s” widget, then choose a product or service and complete the invoice in FreshBooks. When a FreshBooks invoice is marked Paid, the related Bitrix24 invoice is updated and the responsible manager is notified.

• We need FreshBooks invoices created from CRM. Is that supported?
  

Yes. You can create a FreshBooks invoice from a Bitrix24 company, contact, or deal via the built‑in widget.

• We change company/contact details in either system. Will they stay in sync?
  

Yes. Changes in FreshBooks are synced to Bitrix24, and changes in Bitrix24 company and contact details are synced to FreshBooks.

• We want Bitrix24 to reflect FreshBooks payment status. How does it work?
  

When a FreshBooks invoice is marked Paid, the app updates the corresponding Bitrix24 invoice and notifies the responsible manager.
