FAQ

  • The integration is not connecting. What usually blocks setup?
Most often, the RingCentral plan does not include API access. Check plan permissions first; if API access is unavailable, use an alternative connection method such as a SIP connector.

  • Users expect to answer calls in Bitrix24, but there is no answer button. Is this a bug?
No. Calls are answered in the RingCentral app. After the call ends, details and recordings are synced to the linked CRM record in Bitrix24.

  • Why don’t call logs appear immediately after the call?
Call data is uploaded by a scheduler, so short delays are expected before logs and recordings appear in CRM.
