How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24.Market and authorize your Netelip account, then configure API Voice settings in Netelip and enter the API name, token, login, password, and phone number in Bitrix24. You must  also register the phone number in a SIP phone or desktop app. Call recording requires a Netelip call‑recording service and activation for inbound and outbound calls in Netelip; to download recordings into  Bitrix24, two‑factor authentication must be disabled in the vDrive cabinet. Set the correct time zone in your Netelip profile so call times display correctly. The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans
only. Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.

FAQ

We need inbound calls logged automatically. Does Netelip support that?

Yes. Inbound calls are registered and can create leads, contacts, or deals based on your settings.

We want call recordings inside Bitrix24. What is required?

Enable call recording in Netelip and make sure two‑factor authentication is disabled in vDrive so recordings can be downloaded.

Calls show the wrong time. How do we fix it?

Set the correct country time zone in your Netelip profile.
