CallGear + Bitrix24 is a CRM integration, combining end-to-end advertising analytics with integrated CallGear communication channels and virtual PBX. Create a single workspace for your call center, sales department, and marketing & analytics department. It provides the following features for the sales department and call center: clicks to call, information about the caller and their interests, automatic creation of Leads and Tasks from initial requests, transfer to a personal manager, history and context of previous requests, and call listening. It provides the following features for the marketing department: end-to-end analytics from each advertising source, ads, keywords to transactions through calls, chats, inquiries, and targets.

acceso total: ver, crear, editar y eliminar prospectos, contactos, compañías, negociaciones, facturas, cotizaciones, actividades, campos de usuario, etc.
Telefonía
acceso restringido: ver, crear, editar y eliminar líneas de llamadas salientes; buscar clientes del CRM por número de teléfono; ver, crear, editar y eliminar líneas SIP; administrar el panel de información de llamadas y ver las estadísticas de las llamadas
Usuarios (básico)
leer la lista de usuarios y la información de contacto
Business Processes
acceso total: ver, crear, editar y eliminar acciones de flujos de trabajo, reglas de automatización y disparadores; ver la lista de tareas, ejecutar flujos de trabajo
Chat y Notificaciones
acceso total: ver, crear, editar y eliminar chats y mensajes; conectar usuarios a chats, editar chats, leer todos los mensajes de chat

These guys are the only legally approved service for GCC with a native Bitrix24 integration. They have Bitrix24 widget for calls from CRM and mobile applications to stay mobile and get all recordings in our Bitrix24 account.
They deserve five stars.

We have been a client to CG for more than 2 years now. I don't remember having any issues. The service is reliable and their support is super quick and friendly. Cannot say anything about their tech-stach because it is clearly visible how good their developers are.
