ZIWO Cloud Contact Center brings ZIWO cloud telephony into Bitrix24, so your sales and support teams manage calls without leaving the CRM, with every interaction logged, tracked, and actionable.

Requirements and third-party service (ZIWO)
This application integrates with ZIWO, a paid third-party cloud telephony platform operated by Aswat-Ziwo FZ LLC. An active ZIWO account with at least one ZIWO agent licence is required for the application to function.
ZIWO is a separate service, billed directly by ZIWO and not by VortexWeb. This application itself is free, but cannot operate without an active paid ZIWO subscription. All telephony charges, agent licences, and number costs are set and billed by ZIWO.
- Existing ZIWO customers connect using their current account credentials.
