HelloQuote 2.0 — What's new

New Dashboard

• See at a glance how your quotes perform: quotes sent, signed, acceptance rate, average time to sign and open value, compared with the previous period.
  
• Choose the last 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.
  
• Chart of quotes sent per day, week or month, split by Signed, Open and Declined.
  
• Conversion (sent → viewed → signed) and value by outcome.
  
• Latest activity: who sent, viewed, signed or declined which quote.
  
• Needs follow-up: quotes that expire soon, have expired, were viewed without an answer, or haven't been opened yet, with one-click resend.
  

Fresh design and colour themes

• A completely redesigned app, client quote page and quote emails.
  
• Choose from 6 colour themes, or set your own main and background colour, with a live preview. The theme applies to the app, the page your clients see, and the emails.
  
• Chart colours are easy to tell apart, also for colour-blind users.
  

Your files in Bitrix24 Drive

• Quote PDFs and your cover, introduction and closing pages are now stored in your own Bitrix24 Drive (Company Drive › HelloQuote).
  
• Every sent and signed quote appears on the quote's timeline in Bitrix24, with a link to its PDF.
  
• Existing files are moved for you in a guided, one-time step.
  

Quote history

• One line per quote in History, with its full timeline: sent, sent again, resent, viewed, signed and declined, with links to each PDF version.
  
• Sending a quote again keeps the same client link, so your client always sees the latest version.
  
• A declined quote can be resent, and your client can answer the new version.
  
• Statuses show as Sent, Read, Approved or Declined, following your own quote stages.
  

Notifications in Bitrix24

• The quote's responsible person is notified when the client opens the quote (also when they open it again after a resend), signs it, or declines it.
  
• Notifications are available in English, Dutch, French, Polish, German and Spanish.
  

Faster, easier sending

• Preview your quote inside the app, built from your original pages, with Download and Open in new tab.
  
• Resend asks for confirmation and shows who will receive the email.
  
• Find any quote by number or title; opening HelloQuote from a quote selects it straight away.
  
• Added pages are scaled to fit the quote's page size.
  
• Lists load faster and stay ready for 10 minutes, with a Refresh button.
  
• Quotes are recorded as sent by the person who sends them.
  

Other improvements

• German and Spanish added to the language settings.
  
• Signing a quote now works on the first click.
  
• Emails come from a dedicated sending address, and client replies go to your company email.
  
• Many smaller fixes and improvements.
  

New permissions: HelloQuote now asks for access to Drive (to store your quote files) and Notifications (to notify your team).
