The application allows you to send messages to customers on WhatsApp from Leads, Deals, Contacts or Companies cards. You can write to clients first. When sending a message, a dialogue with the client opens in the desktop or web version of the WhatsApp application (official application for Windows or MacOS or web version).
When sending a message from Bitrix24, the official WhatApp desktop application or the WhatApp web version opens and the text of the message from Bitrix24 is inserted into the dialogue with clients.

- Standard application installation
- After installation, the corresponding item will appear in the left menu. There you can configure the necessary message templates for all entities.
- To send messages in each entity (lead, deal, contact, company), you need to create a custom field with the “WhatsApp Link” type and display it in the required location. You can name the field arbitrarily, for example, “Message on WhatsApp”.
