1. Open Lines Chat in Bitrix24

You can start a chat directly within your Bitrix24 account. This link will open a chat window inside your Bitrix24 portal.
This is the most convenient option, as all correspondence will be saved in your Bitrix24 messenger for future reference.
Note: For this to work in the On-Premise version of Bitrix24, the required modules must be installed and configured, and your portal must be connected to the internet.

2. Email

Fontumi iAgents Installation Guide for Bitrix24

Step 1: Access Bitrix24 Market

Log in to your Bitrix24 account.
From the left-hand navigation menu, sel ect "Applications" or "Market".

Step 2: Search for Fontumi iAgents

In the search bar, type "Fontumi iAgents".
Press "Enter" or click the search icon.

Step 3: Select the Application

In the search results, locate the "Fontumi iAgents" application.
Click on the application name to view the details.

Step 4: Install the Application

On the Fontumi iAgents detail page, click the "Install" button.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Step 5: Activate Your Fontumi Account

If you already have an active Fontumi account, you can start using iAgents immediately.
If you don’t have an account, registration is required before proceeding.

Step 6: Contact Support for Quick Activation

For faster activation, reach out to Fontumi iAgents support.

Step 7: Initial Setup

Once activated, open the Fontumi iAgents app fr om within Bitrix24.
Configure your first AI agent by selecting a template or creating a new one.
Define the voice flow, input fields, and CRM actions according to your business needs.

Step 8: Start Using Fontumi iAgents

Your AI voice assistant is now ready to launch calls, answer chats, and automate conversations in real time.
You can link your iAgents to deals, contacts, automations, and more.
