Handoff is a Bitrix24 Market app for safe, large-scale reassignment of responsible users in Tasks and CRM.
It helps teams quickly transfer workload when an employee is on vacation, leaves the company, or when ownership must be redistributed temporarily or permanently.

**Requirements and dependencies**

- No on-premise software installation is required on the customer side.
**External systems and partner services**
- The solution uses a secure external backend and database infrastructure for job processing, logs, and scheduling.
- Billing/license checks may involve external vendor billing services.
- No additional third-party modules are required from the customer unless explicitly stated by your Bitrix24 environment policy.
