How it Works
Once installed, a new Files Manager tab will automatically appear in the top menu bar of your Leads, Deals, and Contacts sliders. When you click it, the app opens a dedicated workspace where you can:
Upload files via drag-and-drop.
Create folders to categorize documentation.
Manage existing files using standard file actions (Rename, Delete, Download).
Every file uploaded through the CRM File Manager is automatically synced with a dedicated folder on your Bitrix24 Drive, ensuring that your data is always backed up and accessible through the standard Drive interface if needed.
